Winter is upon us. To prepare for the wet weather, I like to recommend protective soles. Protective soles are a great way to extend the life of your new (or slightly worn ) shoes, triple the wear of your soles and prevent slipping on wet surfaces. The material that is used is a thin sheet of rubber (aprox. 2 mm) that is adhered to the sole.
Here are a few examples of the protective sole (notice the special red material used specifically for Christian Louboutin's).
I like the red soles!
ReplyDeleteYou know Claudia, you don't need to have Louboutin's to get the red sole protector. (wink wink)
ReplyDeleteOh Vince!!! If I only knew you did sole repair! I have 2 pairs of vintage shoes that are desperate for repair! Off to research what you charge!
